It's hard to deny when he looks younger than he did years ago.Dr. Ivo Pitanguy from Brazil is a plastic surgeon who is accredited with sparking the plastic surgery phase in the country. He has been linked to some of the biggest names in hollywood and movies, and now Tom Cruise.
