Today is National Beer Drinking Day.  Budweiser recently asked 2,000 Americans their views on beer.  Read on for the results of the poll. 

  • 67% of Americans prefer domestic beer.
  • Beer (36%) is the number one drink of choice at a bar followed by Margarita's (17%), wine (13%), Cosmopolitan's (5%) and gin and tonic (4%)
  • 70% of women and 59% of men say domestic beer drinkers are more genuine and approachable than imported beer drinkers.
