There’s an epidemic in today’s culture, and it’s called bullying. Sadly, Nickelback have been victimized online and Avril Lavigne simply won’t stand for it any longer.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg recently put out a video explaining his newest piece of technology, Jarvis. The program is pretty impressive, connecting one’s entire household to your smart phone… but more importantly, it’s voiced by Morgan Freeman in Zuckerberg’s clip. To put Jarvis to the ultimate test, Zuckerberg asked the server to “play us some good Nickelback songs.” Jarvis passed with flying colors, responding, “I’m sorry, Mark. I’m afraid I can’t do that. There are no good Nickelback songs.”

This bit of comedy didn’t sit well with pop star Avril Lavigne, who married Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger in 2013. The two have since separated, but Avril still came to her former hubby’s defense:

Zuckerberg hasn’t yet responded to Avril Lavigne’s harsh words, but in all fairness, using Twitter to get in touch with Facebook’s founder isn’t the most solid strategy.
