Creepy Unknown Figure Walking On Wall Of Building [VIDEO]

Ok, I have no clue what this thing is. I have watched the video and can't figure out if it's photoshop, video editing, or just some creepy creature walking on the side of a building.

Maybe it's some crazy shadow. All I know is, if I saw this on the side of our apartment building, I'd probably crap my pants.
