Another day, another massive W for Toronto's favorite son. Today (Dec. 7) the Associated Press reported that Drake's latest project, Views, was 2016's top selling album on iTunes. Drizzy's single "One Dance" was also the most downloaded song.

This news arrives just one day after it was announced that Drizzy was nominated for eight Grammy Awards, and it's only two days after Views was certified four times platinum. In other words, 2016 has been an exceedingly long win streak for the OVO boss. He'll get eight chances to start off 2017 the right way when the Grammys air in February.

For the upcoming award show, the "Controlla" performer has been nominated for Album of the Year (Views), Best Rap Performance (Drake Feat. The Throne, “Pop Style”), Best Rap/Sung Performance (“Hotline Bling”), Best Rap Song (“Hotline Bling”), Best Rap Album (Views), Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (Rihanna feat. Drake, "Work") and Best R&B Song (PartyNextDoor Feat. Drake, “Come & See Me”). You can check out the rest of the 2016 Grammy nominees here.

If the incredible amount of Grammy nominations and album sales aren't enough for you to appreciate just how successful Drake's been this year, consider that he's been streamed on Spotify over 4.7 billion times in 2016 alone. “Drake has been unstoppable this year – he’s a true global superstar,” Stefan Blom, Spotify’s Chief Content & Chief Strategy Officer, said of Drizzy's accomplishment. “With the top album and the top song this year, as well as his successful Summer Sixteen tour, Drake continues to engage his fans in a way that only Drake can; it’s no surprise he is dominating the music industry.”

And Drake's not done. He's said to be dropping another new project called More Life before the year is out. Listen to "Sneakin" and "Fake Love," two songs set to be on the project.
