Lindsay Charged With Grand Theft
Looks like Lindsay just wants to go to jail. Looks like they might make that happen this time.
Lindsay Lohan will be arraigned on Wednesday and charged with felony grand theft for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice boutique, TMZ reports.
The single count of felony grand theft will be filed in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday morning, and Lohan will be arraigned at 1:30 PM, the site reports.
If she is convicted, she could receive a sentence of three years in a California state prison. But Los Angeles attorney Steve Cron told Pop Tarts earlier this week that it is not likely she would serve the full three years.
