Man Completely Flips Out On The EL Train In Chicago [VIDEO]

I'm posting this video for the simple fact that it is so bizarre. I don't know if this guy is high, drunk, or just completely nuts. He obviously has some issues.

This video was filmed at 2am on the EL train in Chicago. Needless to say, you can see some crazy things. You can see him getting in people's faces and they try to ignore him. After a certain point you can see that his "charm" has worn out its welcome.
