In previous posts I’ve talked about the sad shape I was in when I moved to Amarillo. I was tragically underweight, incredibly depressed, and was drinking and smoking non-stop to cope with where I had landed in life. Weighing just under 120 lbs and hungover, I started my journey at Nick’s Fight Club.

Three months later, and the differences are hard to ignore. I have more energy. I am more focused. I can honestly say, at the age of 33 I am in the best shape of my life. I have definition in my abs for the first time in my life. I feel and look great.

A lot of the credit goes to NFC. The staff is incredible when it comes to keeping you motivated and in a positive mindset. The workouts push you beyond your comfort zone. If you’re looking for one-on-one fight training, I couldn’t recommend giving Steve a call enough. With their weight rooms, classes, and the availability of training, NFC has all of the tools you need.

Outside of NFC, I’ve been maintaining a specific diet plan and I workout at home when I am unable to attend the classes or I don’t have training. I’ve cut back on alcohol to having one or two drinks a month, and I’m down to less than a pack a week when it comes to cigarettes. As of today, at weigh-in, I’m sitting at 148lbs and some change.

These are my results after three months. Right now, when you sign up for three months you will get the next three months free. There has never been a better time to challenge yourself and fight your fight at Nick’s Fight Club than right now.
