I would like to say we've all been there, a stray hair, a bug, a rock, some random thing found in our food, it happens. However, when you are out eating, you expect a restaurant to make sure your food is up to par.  Unfortunately, a local lady experienced a nightmare at a local restaurant over the weekend. This local resident was enjoying a salad at a local restaurant when something unimaginable happened.

The post quickly went viral through Facebook as something like this usually does. However, sometimes things like this happen, and restaurants do their best to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen. It should have been immediately caught, but humans are human.

The manager was able to comp the patron's meal and apologize, however at the time I'm sure the manager was mortified and embarrassed and at a loss.

The restaurant did respond to the ordeal on Facebook as well.

"I am Brian Lehman, the General Manager, and I am dealing with this immediately and have pulled all bags of salad mix that we bought and replaced them with fresh product. We have had the CEO of the food provider here today to begin the investigation with the food producer company. They took all the product as well as the object that was found and they are taking it to the lab to determine what it was exactly and then they are taking proactive steps with the lot numbers from the bags of salad mix. The is absolutely disgusting and we are taking every step we can to insure nothing like this happens. This is very serious to me and am working with everyone I can to rectify this situation. We have been in this location for 7 years and never had a bad health inspection and we take great pride in the cleanliness of our restaurant. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me on my cell phone at 806-***-****."

The person this happened to later posted this as well.

It seems the restaurant is doing their best to stay on top of the situation. Hats off to 7 Bar and Grill for taking the necessary steps to get to the bottom of the situation.
