The Amarillo SPCA is a no kill shelter in town that takes on a lot of animals and does their best to find them forever homes. The shelter is usually at capacity. The Amarillo SPCA is a non-profit organization and runs off donations from the community. Our friends at the Amarillo SPCA are hosting a fundraiser on Friday at On the Border.
