More sad news out of Hollywood today, following last week's loss of 'That '70s Show' actress Lisa Robin Kelly, as former 'Famous Jett Jackson' star Lee Thompson Young has been found dead at the age of 29. The former Disney Channel star had currently been appearing in TNT's 'Rizzoli & Isles,' while his death is believed to be suicide based on evidence at the scene.

Richard "Dick" Trickle died Thursday at the age of 71. His body was discovered next to his pickup truck at a cemetery in Lincoln County, North Carolina, after the longtime NASCAR and short-track driver shot himself, according to police.

Bob Birch, a long-time member of Elton John‘s band, was discovered dead Wednesday (Aug. 15) of an apparent suicide. The bassist had performed with John for two decades, and also worked with many other music legends.

Last week, we told you about a nasty lawsuit filed by Boston guitarist and leader Tom Scholz against the Boston Herald, in which Scholz says the paper implied he drove the band’s lead singer, Brad Delp, to commit suicide in 2007. Now the Boston Globe reports documents filed in the case reveal a messier, sadder, and far more tabloid-esque story than the one that’s already been told.
