I remember when I first moved out I enjoyed checking my mail each and every day. I had a minor sense of excitement of what may be coming in each day. That excitement seems to dwindle as I realize it is always bills that are coming in.
I went to the post office the other day. I had a package that needed to be picked up. The one on Ross was where they directed me. I love going to the United States Post Office because I have noticed that they are listening to our radio station while I am there.
Hunger is a real thing here in the Texas Panhandle. You would be amazed at how many people and families go hungry on a daily basis. One in 7 people here in the Texas Panhandle are food insecure. That's 77,000 people. That's why this Saturday couldn't come at a better time. Right now the High Plains Food Bank is in need of food donations. Twenty-four years ago the National Association of Le
