Thanksgiving is just a few days away, and by now you’ve probably been told what type of dish to take to the big family get together. The good people over at General Mills decided to find out which dishes are most popular in each individual state.  The results are, for the most part, not that surprising.  The usual Thanksgiving trappings are well represented.  There were, however, a few surprises.

Chicken spaghetti, Texas? Really? We’re surrounded on almost all sides by pecan pie except for Louisiana where they love their cornbread stuffing, and Colorado where cranberry sauce reigns king (gross).  The research was done by gathering the most searched for recipes last year during the month of November leading up to Thanksgiving Day.  What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
