Crazy Rumor About Nicolas Cage Is Starting To Spread In Amarillo

This seems to be the latest rumor to surface Amarillo. The site dailynews3.com has a story claiming that actor Nicolas Cage was involved in a bar fight in Amarillo.

Now according to the dailynews3 site, two men recognized Nicolas Cage and began to verbally attack him. Cage then stood up and said something back to the two men. One of the men lunged at Cage. Other bar customers immediately got involved and restrained the man until police arrived.

According to daily3news, a bar witness Cassie Barker had this to say about the incident: “It’s not very often that we get to see a big name celebrity in our city and it’s such a shame that some of the people here decide to give him such a terrible welcome. As much as it bothered me to see him treated that way it also made me proud to see how quickly other people came to his aid and end a situation that could’ve been a lot worse. The guy who attacked him got roughed up after what he did and it was well deserved. Nicolas seemed to laugh it off afterwards and actually had a lot of nice things to say about the people here. I hope he comes back sometime.”
