Public Image, Ltd. will celebrate their 40th anniversary with a flurry of new projects — starting with a round of dates they've dubbed the Public Image Is Rotten Tour.

The group, led as always by former Sex Pistols frontman John Lydon — a.k.a. Johnny Rotten — will return to the road on May 30, where it will launch its first tour since 2016 with a date at the O2 Academy in Bristol, England. The Public Image Is Rotten Tour is currently scheduled to continue through late August, and will see the band's present lineup traveling throughout Europe and the U.K.

In addition to the new tour dates, PiL fans can look forward to a career-spanning box and the wide release of a new documentary, both also titled The Public Image Is Rotten. Specific arrival dates for either have yet to be announced, but the documentary made its festival debut late last year; so far, the small handful of reviews have been mixed.

Tickets for Public Image, Ltd.'s 40th anniversary tour dates start their pre-sale today at 11AM local time, with sale to the general public set to begin Feb. 26, also at 11AM. Look over the complete list of currently announced dates below, and visit the band's site for additional information.
