Today kicks off Amarillo's Largest Garage Sale in the North Exhibit Hall at the Amarillo Civic Center.

I've said this a number of times, but I love coming here. It's like a reunion. I get to hang with some of the great vendors that are here from year-to-year, meet new friends and just have a great day.

I'm at my usual spot, by the big overhead door and the folks with the booths next to me have some really cool stuff.

Earlier they sold a Teddy Ruxpin doll, which I haven't seen in years. It used to be the 'Tickle Me Elmo' of it's time. They also have an old-school 8-track player 'jam box' from General Electric and a couple of Darth Vader masks.

But the one thing I am getting the biggest kick out of is a life-like bust sized Elvis Presley. It was made by a company called WowWee Alive and it has a remote control microphone.

Now you can find some of these things on ebay, but you won't find them at the low prices here at the Garage Sale.

Check out the video to see 'The King' in action. I'll be surprised if he doesn't get sold by the end of today.
