The Nintendo is 32 Years Old Today

I don't know about you, but my Nintendo was one of my favorite gaming systems.  Today the NES turns 32 years old.

Back on this day in 1985 Nintendo release the first NES system.

I remember back in the day, I baby sat for an entire summer just to earn money to buy my first Nintendo.  Now it wasn't the orginal system that was released in 1985, but it was a Nintendo, and it was my Nintendo.

I played hours upon hours of Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, I was a champ at Dunk Hunt and let me just say, Tetris was my nemesis, I still have dreams of the music.

I was so heartbroken when they released the NES Classic last year and it sold out in minutes.  Now you can buy one for almost $500 not the $75 it retailed for.

So today as we celebrate the Nintendo, what was your favorite game and do you have a nostalgic story to tell?

My favorite game was the Legend of Zelda.  Link was such a cutie.
