The Salvation Army Needs Your Help With Their Back to School Drive

Whether we like it or not, school starts in a month.  Can you believe that summer has flown by again.  Why does it seem that the school year takes forever and then summer rolls around an is over in the blink of an eye?  Well not that the start of the school year is literally around the corner, that means back to school shopping will start happening.  However, a lot of families cannot afford those school supplies.  That's why the Salvation Army needs your help.

WHAT: Salvation Army Back to School Drive

WHEN: Saturday, July 25th, 12-3p

WHERE: Walmart on Canyon Drive

School Supplies needed:

Glue
Scissors
Crayons
Glue Sticks
Kleenex Boxes
Map Pencils
Pencils
Pens (Red/Blue/Black)
Notebooks (Wide Rule)
Pencil Boxes
Highlighters
Markers
4/5 Pocket Folders
Flash drives

Plus you can drop off school supplies at the following locations through August 15th.

Every child deserves an education and every child needs school supplies. So if you can find it in your heart to donate school supplies we encourage you to do so. Just pick up a few extra items when you are shopping for your children.
