When a cultural event takes place, I immediately go to Twitter to see the reactions. Last night, Texas Tech men's basketball's first-ever Final Four berth was a cultural event. Twitter did not disappoint.

We'll start with the man himself, Head Coach Chris Beard:

Then, let's go to one of the most popular athletes in America and former Red Raider QB, Patrick Mahomes, who wants to head to the Final Four to watch the team play...

...with Jace Amaro!

Oh, and fellow former Texas Tech star, Jakeem Grant.

Texas Tech basketball star Jarrett Culver wants to see them there.

The Kansas City Chiefs made sure to give Texas Tech a shout out, too:

NBA player Tony Allen, who went to Oklahoma State when Coach Cyprien and Coach Sutton coached him to a Final Four. By the way, Tony Allen would dominate in the Chris Beard system.

That brings us to all of the current players' reactions to getting into the Final Four:

And former players:

And dads:

Other Texas Tech coaches and players showed their support:

The national media is finally having to talk about Texas Tech. I bet they hate it.

And I saved the best, or maybe most random reaction, for last. Former Oklahoma State and Dallas Cowboy Dez Bryant has nothing for love for the Texas Tech basketball team. He's picked them to win it all. He even put a $100 dollar bill on the Gonzaga game. Throw up the X, I guess.
