The Santa Fe building, one of Amarillo's most historic structures, stands at 188 feet tall. This is where I will make my descent in August. All for a good cause, of course.

I will rappeldown the Santa Fe building, along with several other people, as a way to help raise funds for Family Supportive Services of Amarillo. It's a nice adrenaline rush that goes to help an amazing organization.

FSS does so much, for so many. They reach over 25,000 people every year in our area. They work in the areas of domestic violence/sexual assault intervention, behavioral health services, veteran resources, and prevention education.

The day that we all will look over the edge of the Santa Fe building and began making our way down all 13 stories is August 16.

I will be representing Lonestar 98.7 this year at the event. If you would like to donate, you can do so by following this link.
